Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation via email/SMS containing your Tracking Number. You can track your package directly on the courier's official website.
Our courier partners will make up to two (2) attempts to deliver your package. If the delivery fails after two attempts due to the recipient being unreachable, the order will be returned to us (RTS). Note: Repeated failed deliveries may result in the suspension of the COD option for your account.
For your protection and to facilitate easy returns or exchanges, we highly recommend taking a video while unboxing your package. This will serve as proof in case of missing or damaged items.
