We’ve made it easy for our Filipino customers:

  1. Contact Us: Send us a message on our Facebook/Instagram page or email us at support@otakuph.com with your Order ID.

  2. Photo Verification: Please provide 2-3 clear photos of the item and the waybill for our team to review.

  3. Pick-up or Drop-off: Once approved, we will coordinate with our local courier partners (e.g., J&T, Flash Express, or NinjaVan) to arrange a pick-up from your doorstep or provide a drop-off instruction.
