We offer a 15-day free return and exchange period from the date you receive your package. Whether it’s a sizing issue or you’ve changed your mind, you can return or exchange your items within this window.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure:
Original Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them.
Tags & Packaging: All original tags and packaging must be intact.
Proof of Purchase: A copy of your order confirmation or waybill must be presented.
Note: For hygiene reasons, innerwear or certain swimwear (if applicable) cannot be returned once the hygiene seal is broken.
We’ve made it easy for our Filipino customers:
Contact Us: Send us a message on our Facebook/Instagram page or email us at support@otakuph.com with your Order ID.
Photo Verification: Please provide 2-3 clear photos of the item and the waybill for our team to review.
Pick-up or Drop-off: Once approved, we will coordinate with our local courier partners (e.g., J&T, Flash Express, or NinjaVan) to arrange a pick-up from your doorstep or provide a drop-off instruction.
For COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders: Refunds will be processed via GCash, Maya, or Bank Transfer. Please provide your account details during the return process.
For Prepaid Orders: Refunds will be credited back to your original payment method (Credit Card/Gcash).
Processing Time: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3-5 business days.
For your first exchange within the 15-day period, shipping is on us! We will cover the shipping cost for returning the old item and sending the new size/style to you.
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will prioritize a replacement for you at no extra cost. Pro-tip: We highly recommend taking an "unboxing video" for faster processing of damage claims!
