Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Yes! We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) nationwide. It is our most popular payment method. Please ensure someone is available at your address to settle the payment upon delivery.
What other payment methods do you accept?
Aside from COD, we accept GCash, Maya, and Credit/Debit Cards via our secure payment gateway.
How do I know if my order is confirmed?
You will receive an email or an SMS confirmation immediately after placing your order. For COD orders, our team might send a quick text to verify your details before shipping.

Returns & Sizing
What is your Return & Exchange policy?
We offer a 15-Day Free Return & Exchange. If the item doesn't fit or you received a wrong item, contact us and we will arrange the exchange at no extra cost for the first time!
How do I find the right size?
Each product page has a detailed Size Guide in centimeters and inches. Since we focus on minimalist, Asian-fit styles, we recommend checking the chart before ordering as our sizes might differ from US/EU brands.
